• price per hour 8,00€ • pricing per half hour or part thereof • 2 hours minimal booking period • fee paid cash on-site

• The user is guaranteed to use the room within the booked time • Please handle inventory with care. Users are liable for any damage caused by purpose or accident during booked hours. • It is agreed to report any damage (defective cabels, etc.). Violation can cause user beeing prosecuted. • It is not allowed to leave behind any trash. Please place empty bottles outside the room next to the trash bin. • Please leave drum microfons in place, they will be needed for recordings. • It is the users duty to leave the room as he or she found it.  • Keep doors and windows closed during rehearsing. In case you turned down heaters, turn up when leaving. • No part of gear is to be taken away from the room, • Liability for any left behind or forgoten equipment is disclaimed. • Till 6pm 2 parking lots, from 6pm 3 parking lots are beeing provided. A maximum of 3 cars is allowed (disregarding loading). • Toilet is to be kept clean and door is to be locked when leaving. • Do not stay at private or company-owned property next to the rehearsal room. • The room monitored by 24h video surveillance
